Class description
Is your home furnished with the same IKEA pieces as everyone else? When was the last time you actually built something that you had the idea for? This workshop is for anyone who wants to create something with their own hands and connect with their inner carpenter.
With the help of WWA teachers, you will take your idea from concept to completion. The workshop includes time to conceptualize and draft your own idea. You can create anything from small tables, to nightstands, to laptop stands, to meditation seats. Anything you can create within the workshop schedule with the materials given! Throughout the workshop, we will help you create your ideal piece and you’ll finish the class with your own self-built piece of furniture.
In addition, you will be introduced to working with machines — table saw, bandsaw, mitre (or drop saw), press drills, and sanders — along with a range of other equipment in the workshop. You will be able to safely use them for your own projects after this workshop.
This workshop will be held in English.
