What is the process of the whisky workshop near Hamburg: make your own whisky?
We spend the whole day in the malthouse and distillery. The aim is to get to know the background and technique of distilling in general and whiskey production in particular. Starting with a brief journey through history, through the development of grain to malt and from malt to mash, fermentation, to distillation and storage, work is carried out here both theoretically and then also practically.
Where does the tasting take place?
The tasting takes place near Hamburg at the Faro Whisky Distillery. Whiskey expert Fabian Wohrwasser will greet you there.
