About this class
During blind tasting, tasters discover various, high-quality sparkling wines from France and Germany. The aim of tasting is to recognize the differences between wines — whether in taste, aroma or even appearance.
What can you expect at our tasting in Berlin?
The event is led by our experts, who help participants to analyse and evaluate the various sparkling wines. Each tasting starts with a warm welcome and an aperitif, followed by interesting background information on the topic of the tasting.
In order to neutralize the taste of the drinks and intensify the culinary experience, a cheese platter and mineral water are included for you in the tasting. The total duration of the tasting is 120 minutes — 90 minutes are planned for the actual tasting and 30 minutes for the end.
When the weather is nice, we will host the tasting on our green terrace with a view of the Spree. If not, our large café also provides the perfect atmosphere to enjoy French and German wines and expand your expertise.
