- Bánh Tráng Nướng - Vietnamese pizza — crispy & spicy
- Bún Chả Hanoi - the street food gone bad, grilled pork meatballs served with rice noodles, fresh herbs and a dipping sauce
- Nộm fresh carrot and kohlrabi salad with herbs and peanuts
- Coconut corn pudding — creamy street food dessert

Everyone prepares the starter in parallel, which can be eaten directly.
All other dishes such as Bún Chả Hanoi, Nộm, coconut corn pudding are then prepared in individual groups.
