Class description
Before my career as a raw food chef, I lived and worked in Italy for 6 years. That's why Italian cuisine is still one of my favorites today.
On this evening, we will prepare some Italian classics together, which I have reinterpreted in raw vegan cuisine. Healthier but no less delicious, on the contrary :-)
The following dishes await you:
- Caprese: tomato with probiotic mozzarella
- Zucchini carbonara with smoked vegetable bacon
- Herb strings' Tonnato ': Inspired by the classic Vitello Tonnato
- Caponata: A Sicilian eggplant-based specialty
- Almond panna cotta, berries and Nutella gelato
How does this activity work?
There is a lot of input and knowledge on my part and the recipes for you afterwards, of course, so that you can imitate the dishes at home.
In keeping with the food and philosophy, there are great natural wines in the evening, which you can also order by the glass.
It will be a relaxed evening, with lots of good food and great social interaction.
Who should definitely take part?
For anyone who wants to experience traditional Italian cuisine in a new way. No previous experience is required!
