It is best to wear comfortable clothing that can also get some sound (washable).
Who is the class suitable for?
This workshop is open to everyone — regardless of whether you've never had sound in your hand before or are already creatively practiced. With hand building, you don't need any previous knowledge, the techniques are easy to learn and simply fun. Even with Breathwork, you don't need any previous experience.
