What to expect on a team day in the pasture
Out to the horse pasture with your team!
We invite you to meet a very wild herd of horses in the midst of the beautiful Brandenburg wilderness. In doing so, you not only come into contact with these wonderful animals, but above all with yourself. The herd reflects you as a team and you can learn a lot about group dynamics from them.
In addition to being mindful in the herd, there is a protected space for exchanging experiences.
You get valuable tools that help you understand yourself better.
In addition to lunch together, we set off together with the herd to explore the nearby forest on a horse walk or ride.
You don't need any horse or riding experience!
