Experience a creative culinary team event in Berlin: Together you dive into the fascinating world of bees, tie your own beeswax candles — individual, handmade, atmospheric — and enjoy a multi-course menu, inspired by honey, pollen and wax, freshly prepared over an open fire. An experience that combines team spirit, knowledge of nature and enjoyable togetherness as well as a festive atmosphere and creative craftsmanship.
What you’ll do in the class
- Introduction & introduction — arrival, origin of bees & significance for the ecosystem
- Candle making by candlelight — design one or two beeswax candles yourself with expert instructions
- Multi-course fire menu — culinarily inspired by bee products (honey, pollen, wax) prepared over an open fire
- Honey wine/punch at the end — cozy enjoyment by the fire, round off the experience together

Gerne nehmen wir Euch auch mit zu unserer Naturlocation nach Finowfurt bei Eberswalde. Hier haben wir unsere Location an einem verlassenen Wald eines Schlossgutes aufgebaut. Direkt an der Finow gelegen, bieten wir tolle Wanderungen durch Wald und Wiesen entlang der Finow an. Die Anreise kann individuell gestaltet werden. Selbstverständlich bieten wir auch einen Shuttle-Service aus Berlin oder Eberswalde an.
