Class description
SUP is relaxation and sporting activity in one. In calm waters, we'll show you how to become SUP professionals. Your sense of balance is required here. During the lesson, our trainer gives you instructions about the board and then you paddle together on the Olympic Lake. You will learn basic stand up paddling techniques and enjoy the wonderful backdrop of the Olympic Park.

SUP Yoga
This course gives you the opportunity to strengthen your body and take in the great scenery at the Olympic Lake. SUP yoga brings you into balance — between tension and relaxation. Once you arrive at the boat rental, you will receive your board and a briefing from the trainer. To warm up your muscles, paddle across the lake to the course spot. That's when it starts: The flow of movement on the floating yoga mat promotes a sense of balance and concentration and strengthens your deep muscles. Yoga practice also benefits from nature's space and the rocking board as a background, which allows you to reach a deep meditative state and calm the mind. After the course, you'll paddle back to the boat rental shop together. An exciting addition in summer for yoga beginners and advanced yogis.
SUP Core & Mobility
This course gives you the opportunity to really work out. The Olympic Park provides a great backdrop for your workout. While you go full throttle on SUP, all your everyday worries fade into the background. Once you arrive at the boat rental, you will receive your board and a briefing from the trainer. To warm up your muscles, paddle across the lake to the course spot. That's when you start: Core & Mobility Training involves working with your body. The focus is on strengthening and mobilizing your core muscles. The ideal training to strengthen yourself for everyday life and to strengthen yourself for your (sporting) hobbies. After the training session, you'll paddle back to the boat rental and cool down at the same time.

Details to remember
What to bring?
- Put on some sporty clothes and, just in case, bring a change of clothes.
- Swimwear is not necessary
