Hailey's Suminagashi Art workshops go beyond the creation of beautiful patterns—they offer a holistic experience where art meets mindfulness. Through the delicate interplay of water and ink, participants are guided on a journey of self-expression, relaxation, and reflection. For many, Suminagashi has become a “Muße” practice—a calming ritual that brings peace, creativity, and a sense of presence into their daily lives.
Come as you are—this art requires no prior skills or experience, just an open heart ready to let go and watch the magic unfold. As you watch the ink flow on the water, forming beautiful patterns, your worries seem to drift away, and a sense of lightness fills your heart. As the ink and colours flow freely on the water, so does your creativity! You'll create beautiful organic patterns as unique as your own stories. You might be surprised by how deeply you immerse yourself in the process and by the sense of freedom and peace you feel as you let go, embrace uncertainty, and trust your instincts.
