About this class
In this course, children learn to be self-confident, express their feelings clearly and deal wisely with insults, ostracism or stress — completely without violence. Our content is designed in such a way that all children — loud or quiet, quiet or wild — benefits from it. Every child takes practical action strategies & food for thought for life.
Why is the course worthwhile?
Because this is how children learn to trust themselves, resolve conflicts and stand up for themselves — in everyday life, at school and everywhere else. The “strong even without muscles” concept has proven itself thousands of times over.
