In this unique workshop with Ismael Bojorge from Nicaragua, you will make your own chocolate from whole cocoa beans and dive into the world of the Aztecs and Mayans. You'll learn everything about the magical story of cocoa. Where it comes from, how it was originally used by the Mayas and Aztecs, and how our European chocolate came about.

Ismael Bojorge from Nicaragua shares everything you need to know about cocoa and chocolate in a dynamic and entertaining way. He worked with cocoa and chocolate in his native Nicaragua for over 10 years. His experience includes ancient knowledge about the use of cocoa as a medicinal plant as well as the modern use of cocoa cultivation on plantations, as well as the decisive subtleties that are important to produce first-class chocolate.
