About this experience

The time between the years has always been considered magical: Nature and soul come to rest, old things can be said goodbye, new things can grow.

In two special winter forest appointments, I invite you to consciously experience rough nights — with mindfulness, resilience impulses, forest bathing elements and rituals of smoking & fire.

The new year has begun — a wonderful moment to consciously shape your visions and wishes.

At the beginning of the year, I will accompany you in the winter forest in Katzenelnbogen near Wiebaden with:

  • Waldbaden elements for clarity & new energy
  • Nature resilience exercises: What strengthens you in the new year?
  • a custom ritual by the fire
  • a final fumigation with fortifying herbs

This is how you start the year mindfully, clearly and powerfully.

How does this experience take place?

  • Meeting point and start: 11:00am at the meeting point, you will find out after registration
  • Length of tour: The tour is max. 6 kilometers in total, moderately difficult tour
  • Self-catering: Please make sure you have enough drinks and snacks for yourself. After about half the time, we will have a warming tea ritual.

Who is it suitable for

  • Basically suitable for anyone over 18 with normal physical fitness. Unfortunately, this route is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
  • For everyone who wants to get back to nature and find themselves, as well as experience relaxation and digital detox.
