In this course, you'll learn how to create the perfect combinations of textures and different flavors that not only delight the palate but also the eye. Together with master pastry chef Vanessa, you will create fine, colorful tartlettes from high-quality, natural ingredients — artfully decorated and guaranteed to be unique and unforgettable.

Under professional guidance, we produce delicately crumbly tartlet shells and refine them with sophisticated fillings: from creamy lemon curd for the tart au citron, to delicate chocolate filling for the tart au chocolat, to an aromatic pistachio filling for the tarte aux pistaches. But that's not all! Look forward to Vanessa's special creations: an orange nougat tart with crispy nut nougat filling and homemade orange marmalade, and the banana caramel tart with banana compote and caramel topping.

We decorate our works of art with love so that you will take real masterpieces home with you.

  • Cook lemon curd, banana compote and orange marmalade

  • Whip up meringue for tarte au citron
  • Create simple decors from chocolate
  • Fill and decorate tartlettes
