The Körperkern Pilates Studio has been around at its current address since 2020.

The studio opened in 2015 at Ziegelhofstraße 5.

Training and therapy as a private practice. The Pilates training method offers a holistic view of people's movement.

Certified Pilates trainers lead the courses, point out focal areas in workshops or supervise personal training on a one-to-one basis.

Pilates on the balance board offers you the ultimate challenge for your deep muscles and balance. In this 90-minute workshop in Oldenburg, you will take your movement quality to a new level. Under the guidance of Sarah Iken, an experienced Pilates trainer and premium member of the German Pilates Association e.V., you will receive direct feedback on the quality of your movements.
