What you’ll do in the class

Together, we will knead the ideal pasta dough and, depending on the size of the group, prepare up to three different delicious fillings. Dive into the world of noodle making as you learn and practice various ravioli formats. After the practical session, we will enjoy the results with a suitable glass of wine.

It was an all-round successful experience and we can highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in cooking. We received a warm welcome, learned a lot of interesting facts about pasta, and had a lot of fun preparing it. Eating the previously prepared pasta together was the crowning finale. Andrea and Michael were the perfect hosts - we will be back:)
