About this class
Come on a fascinating journey of discovery into the world of pepper and discover exclusive types of pepper and blends during our online tasting. In this course, you will be surprised by a variety of exciting information about the aromas, origin and characteristics of every pepper. You will also receive numerous tips on how to use each pepper specifically in starters, main courses, desserts and drinks.
The online course lasts around 2.5 hours and is prepared and conducted by spice sommelier Patrick Eisermann.
What you’ll do in the class
We will send you a lovingly assembled package 10 days before the start of the course. It contains the exclusive types of pepper, a comprehensive summary of the course and inspiring recipe ideas. You will also receive a link to access the online platform on the day of the event.
The online course uses various types of pepper, which you can experience directly during snacks or dinner. You dive into the fascinating world of pepper, from botanical classification to the variety of aromas through precise sensory training. In addition, you can create three individual pepper blends according to your personal preferences.
