What you’ll do in the class
Fashion illustration workshop process
Welcome and introduction
We start with a cozy group in which all small participants feel welcome.
Mood boards and collages: The children learn to collect their inspirations and present them visually on a mood board. They will use magazines, images, colors, and materials to create their own collages.
Draw designs: Using simple tricks and techniques, we show children how to put their first fashion designs on paper. You don't need any previous knowledge — just a desire for creativity!
Fashion illustration and coloring: Your very personal favorite design will be colored as a fashion drawing. The children learn how to draw and color different fabrics and textures.
Fabric samples and materials: The participants have real fabric samples available, which they can sign off and incorporate into their fashion drawings. They can stick the materials directly onto their drawings to breathe life into their illustrations or draw on them to get a sense of materiality.
The highlight: At the end of the course, we frame the finished fashion illustration so that everyone can take their work of art home as a souvenir. In addition, they receive a folder with all their designs and collages from the workshop.

What to bring to the class
Lots of anticipation and fun. Special pens that you already have or fabrics that inspire you. However, this is not a must.

This workshop is aimed at all children between 8 and 16 years of age who enjoy creativity and fashion.
