About this class
Two arts, one special experience: In our “Painting & Pottery” workshop, you will experience how painting and ceramics come together in a creative flow. Your individual paintings and pottery works of art are created under the guidance of Miriam (painting) and Sabrina (pottery).
You design a 40 x 50 cm canvas and make an individual piece of ceramic, such as a cup or bowl.

What you’ll do in the class
Painting with Miriam — abstract and flowing
In part 1, Miriam takes you into the world of abstract painting. You paint with acrylic paints on primed canvases and work with the wet-on-wet technique and the spatula technique. Use pastel or oil crayons to create beautiful accents. This creates images full of expression, depth and emotion. As a beginner, Miriam will guide you step by step so that you can let your creativity run wild.
Pottery with Sabrina — Your ceramic unicate is created
Together with Sabrina, you will then create one or two unique ceramic pieces, such as a cup, bowl or vase. With simple techniques, you will create a truly unique item under guidance, which is glazed and fired. After four to five weeks, you pick up your finished item or we'll ship it to you.
