About this class
In this creative workshop in Berlin, you will learn the traditional technique of Japanese book binding and bind your own photo book. We use fine, uncoated 210 g paper. A sturdy cardboard cover and colorful endpaper complete the album.
In this workshop, you will learn the traditional technique of Japanese bookbinding, how to process a book block including creasing paper and how to make a book joint using textile fabric. Of course, you can choose the colors of the cover and thread yourself. At the end of the course, you will take home your own blank photo book and fill it with the analog treasures from your photo box.

- Selection of paper, cardboard and endpaper for your individual design

- Conclusion: Detailed work, feedback session, your finished photo book to take home
