Do you dream of flying? Aerial artistry is impressive and yet a bit intimidating at first glance. We believe that everyone has the opportunity to do this.
You know air performers from the circus and variety shows, it seems almost superhuman how they defy gravity and perform elegantly on various devices.
With us, you can try out exactly that and experience for yourself, no matter how much experience you have.
Airborne training combines strength and mobility with engagement with expression and artistic processes. Climbing up and letting yourself fall always presents new challenges - and what feels better than mastering them step by step?
Knot, unwrap and drop - In this course, you will learn how to master this in a vertical towel.
The vertical cloth consists of two long sheets of fabric, which are used individually or combined for the windings and positions.
At the beginning, you will learn how to quickly climb up the towel and wrap your first foot knots.
The famous trash or 'drops' are added later. Nothing feels better than the moment when you dare to let go for the first time! Until then, we'll prepare you step by step.
