What can you expect at a Venetian lunch?
Jan Zimdar, who is studying at Berlin's 2-star restaurant FACIL, is leading this cooking evening. With the “VENEZIAMO” menu, he sets us in the mood for the classics of Venetian cuisine. At his side, Kochazubis help him, who, as part of an Erasmus and learning stay from 14.10. — 4.11., take insights into the Serenissima pots, cook in Venice's restaurants and learn the culinary secrets of Cucina Veneziana.
Risotto World Champion Holger Zurbrüggen and TiramisuWorld Cup finalist 2022 Alessandra Vendemiati, among others, deliver World Champion recipes. But Bernd's homemade limoncello, which organized the trainee group in Venice, is also legendary and is very familiar with Venice's kitchens and the gastronomic environment.
