What you’ll do in the class
- Arrive and greet: You will be welcomed with a welcome drink at Atelier Sinn in Berlin-Mitte and start your creative team event together.
- Introduction to textile art: The workshop leader will introduce you to the various fabrics, yarns, tools and textile design techniques. You'll get inspiration for your own works of art.
- Develop ideas and designs: You choose colors, fabrics, yarns and other materials and plan your design. Whether individual textile works of art or a joint team work of art — you decide on motifs, patterns and compositions. By arrangement, you can include your company colors, logo or a common theme.
- Create textile works of art: You combine fabrics, yarns and various textures and implement your ideas with creative textile techniques. The workshop leader will accompany you and assist you with the design.
- Complete textile art: You add final details, complete your compositions and prepare the finished works for transport if required.
- A joint conclusion: You look at your results, exchange ideas about the different designs and take your own textile works of art with you.
