Class description
This flexitarian cooking class is an homage to French cuisine. The way I learned them and I still love them.
Conscious and skilful use of pure aromas, the best ingredients and clear cooking practice.
We'll cook this evening:
- Soupe au pistou (French vegetable soup)
- Fish terrine on herb salad with berries
- Coq au vin after the great master, baguette
- Citron tart
The menu includes a suitable selection of wines and, on request, a non-alcoholic accompaniment.
