Class description
Our wild herb cooking classes focus on the original and wild: our local wild herbs! Many of them are not only rich in healthy ingredients, but also real delights. It could hardly be more sustainable: wild herbs are organic, regional and free of charge!
The wild herbs — cooking class starts with a classic wild herb hike — accompanied by wild herb expert and biologist Manuel Larbig (Spiegel bestselling author, “my wild herb guide”). You will not only get to know edible wild herbs, but also learn a lot about ingredients, poisonous mix-ups and the basic rules for collecting wild herbs.
During the hike, herbs are collected and then processed into a wild and delicious multi-course menu under the guidance of Manuel and his experienced team of wild herb chefs.
Our wild herb cooking class Berlin takes place in Pankow, more specifically in the idyllic Blankenfeld estate (Pankow).
So that you get something out of the course in the long term, you will receive a list of all plant species found, as well as all recipes in the form of a PDF by email.
