- Meeting point at FreizeitCenter Insel Reichenau
- Introduction to paddle technology and safety
- Start of the tour: Past the Hegau volcanoes, the Wollmatinger Ried nature reserve and some beautiful bays with aquatic animals (approx. 12 km in total)
- Possibility for breaks: it is almost always possible to go ashore to take breaks, swim or change places in a canoe
- Return after approx. 3-4 hours
