Our courses are carefully tailored to motivating beats, so that every pedaling movement is supported by music and the workout is an immersive experience. Each song is deliberately chosen to perfectly accompany both sprints and powerful climbs. The workouts are aimed at sports-motivated participants who are ready to increase their fitness and push their limits together. Regardless of whether you are an advanced beginner or an experienced athlete — we make sure that everyone is challenged at their own pace without overwhelming themselves.
Our concept enables every participant to find their personal feel-good limits and to develop in a dynamic, safe environment. In doing so, we attach particular importance to clear instructions and the ability to customize the course individually. However, the course is not suitable for absolute sports beginners or people who are very overweight, as it requires a certain basic fitness level. Medium fitness, not top athletes
People who are very overweight will have difficulty following the exercises, but can also stay seated on their bikes in between.

- towel, water bottle, fitness clothing, sports shoes with the hardest possible sole
- Optional cycling shoes with SPD cleats
- Running shoes are alternatively possible, but not optimal
