Our Indian cooking courses open the door to a wide range of culinary delights so that you can enjoy Indian dishes not only at the Ginti Restaurant in Cologne, but also at home. - Korma coconut — almonds in cream sauce
- MadraSingwer & chilli in a very hot sauce
- Bhunapikant prepared with fresh ginger, onions, tomatoes & peppers
- Saagspinach, ginger, garlic, spicy fried
- Dhansakin of Indian lentil sauce, sweet-sour and slightly spicy
- Vindaloo with potatoes in a very hot sauce
- Fruity cashew (pineapple, cashew nuts, raisins) in cream curry sauce
- Fried jalfrezi with fresh tomatoes, peppers, onions, ginger & garlic
- Garlic Chillimit fresh garlic and chilies in a hot sauce
