Dive into the world of carpentry and build your own cutting board!
In our cutting board course, we will show you how to make an absolutely unique cutting board yourself in around 2.5 hours under professional guidance.
We will introduce you to the local types of wood that we process in our workshop. From these, you choose your favorite type of wood.
You decide on the desired size of your cutting board. We first cut this roughly out of the wooden plank. You record the shape you want, possibly with a grip, with cutout, free-form or simply rectangular. You slice the cutting board, cut the shape and decide how you want the edges to be processed.
Finally, we grind and oil the cutting board until the result can be admired in all its glory.

Who should definitely take part?
The workshop is ideal for anyone who simply would like to work with wood as a material and is interested in simple carpentry tasks.
The workshop takes place in a simple, informal environment, where fun should not be neglected.
In between, you can take a tour of our organic farm.
No previous experience is required. Everyone can carry out the work steps they trust themselves to do, or even ask the course instructor for help.
At the end, you take home your own unique cutting board!
