About this class
Are you a prospective wedding photographer and would like to learn the fine art of wedding accompaniment — or have you already photographed the first weddings and now want to consolidate and expand your knowledge? Are you involved in portrait and people photography and would like to learn wedding photography? Then you've come to the right place! Through my many years of experience as a professional photographer, especially in wedding photography, I offer you in-depth expertise and valuable insights into practice. I'll help you take your photography to the next level. With more than 10 years of professional experience, I have already accompanied weddings all over Germany.

What you’ll do in the class
In advance, we will discuss your level of knowledge and at what level you can already take pictures.
Course duration: 2 days of 8 hours
In the first part of the course, we will focus on theory in detail. You will learn how to use your camera safely and find out which lenses are absolutely necessary for a professional wedding report. We'll discuss which settings you choose throughout the day, how to shoot in strong sunlight and how to remain confident in rooms with very little light. An important focus is on the topic of flash lighting: When should you refrain from using it and when is it an advantage? You will learn how to use the flash so that the images do not look “flashed” and what flash strength is appropriate for the respective subject.
In addition to technology, it is also about interpersonal issues: How do I communicate with the bridal couple and the wedding party? We take a look at the business side — from the wedding contract to the most important clauses in the terms and conditions to the typical dos and don'ts on the wedding day. The right clothes and an efficient post-wedding workflow are also not neglected. In the second step, we then put all this theoretical knowledge directly into practice together.
