Class description

At our WATT & VOLT DIY course in Frankfurt, we'll take you along to give you an introduction to the world of electronics, giving you an insight into how electricity works in your home. You will also learn what minor repairs you can and MAY do yourself.

 

What is the process?

In the 7-hour home improvement course in Frankfurt, the theoretical side of the course topic is first discussed with the help of a booklet before moving on to the practical part.

  • Here's what you'll learn:
    • Re-attach a torn outlet
    • Remove and reinstall rocker, socket cover and frame for painting work
    • Connect a socket
    • Replace a safety plug/coupling
    • Connect an RJ 45 jack to a network cable
    • Connect a telephone line (J-Y (St) Y) to a wall mount
    • Connect a coaxial plug
    • Connect a wall and ceiling lamp
    • How to use a proper voltage tester
