Everyone should bring their own mat and comfortable “feel-good clothes” — so you can really make yourself comfortable and fully engage in the time spent together.

What you’ll do in the class
You visit various stations one after the other: answer your heart's questions, rediscover yourself in a playful way, move around during small partner exercises, experience mindful moments and create a personal memento that makes your special connection visible. Each station is just for you as a duo — no group work, just your time.
At the end, everyone comes together for the guided dream trip — a gentle finale full of warmth and solidarity.
