Learn the best ways to grill perfect steaks. You can also find out which new trends and cuts are currently hot. Meanwhile, enjoy various delicious gin and tonics, which are perfectly combined with the steaks.
Together, you will learn different methods to grill the perfect steak. Among other things, Michael will introduce you to sous vide cooking, as well as to the forward and backward method. As meat, you will use various cuts, including various dry-aged pork cuts, as well as excellent sashi beef and wagyu. Finally, there will be a completely frozen steak. Four matching cocktails will then be tasted with the steaks.
