In this course, learn how to achieve really good grilling results when grilling over an open fire.
In the course, you will place the grilled food directly in the embers, completely without rust. Together with Michael, you will master the challenge of grilling without controlling the heat. At the end, you can look forward to a very delicious 4-course menu, which you have prepared beforehand.
