About this class
Welcome to the honey golden Pat-A-Tat corrugated iron kiosk! Here you are right in the middle of the action and prepare original Dutch fries yourself — fresh and by hand! With our special frying cleaver, you can cut the potatoes, learn the art of typical Dutch double frying and fortify yourself with delicious craft beer from “Two Chefs Brewing”. With a range of 0.2% to 6.0% by volume, there is something for everyone — simply LEKKER!
What you’ll do in the class
For even more excitement during the team event, you will be divided into two crews. Fresh ingredients for toppings and sauces are ready, and now it's time to outdo the opposing team with your creation. The rating is based on appearance and taste — and if you like, you can even share your masterpieces on our Instagram account and let the public vote for. TEAM Fries vs. TEAM Frietjes — who is going to win?
The winning team can look forward to a sweet prize: a “sweet dog” — a mini chocolate snack in corndog batter! And the best part: You can generously invite the other team to join in.
Don't worry, Chef Maurice, our Dutch French fry master, will be by your side with advice, assistance and a pinch of Dutch rigour. He will guide you through the evening with lots of charm and a great deal of humor.
Who is the class suitable for?
The course is ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking, discovering new flavors and wants to improve their frying skills. Perfect for team events, bachelor parties, birthday parties or simply an entertaining evening with friends.
