Leave the stress of the week behind you and find relaxation through gentle yoga exercises and meditation. Unleash your creativity when painting watercolors and feel satisfied when you create something unique.
What is the process of the yoga watercolor workshop?
At the beginning of our mindful meeting, Annika will guide you through a small meditation in which we activate your creativity and prepare you for your intuitive process of painting.
In this part, you can let colors flow through the motif of a Buddha. Linda will show you how calming and gentle the wet-on-wet watercolor technique is and how you can easily integrate it into everyday life to relax.
We then move on to a gently flowing yoga practice, which makes you feel more comfortable and sensitizes your perception.

Whether you already have experience with yoga, meditation, or painting, this workshop provides an open and supportive environment in which you can express yourself and develop new skills.
