Class description

In this intensive fascia fitness workshop, experience how you can effectively train your connective tissue and improve your mobility. In two hours, you will learn the four main methods of fascia training under the guidance of Jörn Küker, an experienced Pilates and fascia trainer.

The workshop places particular emphasis on intensity and flow, which play a central role in fascia training. Fascia fitness is demanding and allows you to reconnect with your body.
