Enjoy an aperitif in the softly lit foyer before you are safely escorted through the dark dining room by your guest services. An unparalleled experience that focuses on taste and touch!
There is a fish menu, a vegan menu and a surprise menu. If you have any incompatibilities, simply let us know on site on the evening of your visit. The kitchen will be happy to suggest an alternative for you.
What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome in the illuminated foyer with an aperitif
- Brief introduction to the process and rules
- Accompaniment to the dark guest room by blind or severely visually impaired guest services
- Enjoy a 3-course meal in the dark — with all your senses
- Optional menu overview in advance (on request). Or simply let yourself be surprised!
- Accompaniment back to the foyer when needed, e.g. to go to the toilet
Please note:
- Light sources of all types are taboo, such as lighters, glowing dials or cell phone displays
- Please do not move through the dark guest room without your guest services - you could bump yourself or others or disrupt the service process
