Preparation/Safety
If you suffer from any of the following symptoms, or have anything to do with one of the topics mentioned above, I absolutely ask for a preliminary discussion:
Epilepsy, pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart disease, pacemaker, current psychiatric treatment, asthma, other serious illnesses, use of psychotropic drugs or other strong medications.
Please do not eat too much or too heavy food before the workshop and do not drink alcohol the day before!

What you’ll do in the class
First part:
- Introduction to the basics of breathwork
- Learn various traditional and modern breathing techniques
- Practical exercises lying down, sitting and standing
- In the end, you will take away at least two or three effective exercises for yourself, which you can integrate into your everyday life, e.g. as a small morning routine
Second part:
- Intensive training of “Conscious Connected Breathing”

The workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to use their breathing in a targeted manner — whether to relax, improve performance or personal development. No previous experience required.
