About this class
What you’ll do in the class
You'll learn to transfer your design onto textile and use a tufting gun. By the end, you'll have created your own colorful rug (approximately 32x32 cm) to take home.
What is included in the class?
- Introduction to tufting techniques
- Design and tufting assistance
- All materials incl. textile, backing, yarn and glue
- Use of tufting gun and frame
What to bring to the class
If you have a design in mind, feel free to bring it along. Don't worry if you don't - we'll help you create something amazing!
Who is the class suitable for?
This workshop is perfect for beginners:
- The technique is easy to learn, even if you've never used a tufting gun before
- We'll help you create a design or bring your own ideas to life
Note: Working with the tufting gun can be slightly tiring for your hands and back, but the satisfaction of 'drawing' with yarn makes it worthwhile!
