About this class
What you’ll do in the class
Each course is about brewing beer together and providing participants with practical expertise. The course is organized by us and consists of the following components, among others:
- Determine by the participants which beer should be brewed
- Provision of all necessary information
- Brewing the selected beer together in our mini brewery
- Talks and interesting facts by master brewer Thorsten Schoppe
- Joint meal and beer tasting
- The opportunity to buy beer from our brewery
- A further appointment is offered to taste the home-brewed beer in Kreuzberg
The brewing course in Berlin always focuses on brewing beer. But despite the regular organization by Schoppe Bräu, not every course is the same. After all, it is the participants who make every course of this kind live. They can interact and actively participate. This is even welcome and ensures that every beer brewing course is a special experience that everyone involved will certainly not soon forget.

Who is the class suitable for?

Since 2001, Schoppe Bräu has been known in Berlin for artisanally brewed craft beer. From originally two types of beer in Kreuzberg, the range has steadily expanded. An experienced team regularly creates new, exciting beer styles for a varied beer experience.
