What you’ll do in the class
In our barista workshop, you will learn the theoretical and practical basics of barista craft:
- Everything you need to know about coffee beans
- The right roasting and mixing of the coffee
- The details of the various coffee machines and grinders
- The perfect way to make coffee.
- Latte art: We'll also show you how to cast simple figures so that your coffee is also a real treat for the eye.
Meals include a welcome cocktail, authentic Colombian dishes and a digestif.
MAXIM Kaffee also supports the aid organization Semillas. The donations give Colombian children from disadvantaged families the opportunity to build a future away from drugs and violence through education.
