This workshop focuses on French classics. The couronne, the masterly crown, which is placed in a special shape for cooking, glorious resche flûtes and the tabatière, whose shape is reminiscent of a tobacco tin.
Wheat sourdough and wheat dough make for aromatic crusts, perfect freshness and great taste in these baked goods.
How does the baking class work?
The course not only teaches dough processing and processing, but also a lot of interesting facts about wheat sourdough. All participants get our wheat sourdough culture “Lucia” home, with helpful tips on feeding and caring for sourdough, of course.
