What you’ll do in the class
- Preliminary discussion to coordinate taste and design requirements. Each course is individually tailored to your wishes.
- Choose between cupcake and drip cake theme.
- Cupcakes:
- Preparation of dough, filling and topping.
- Decorate the cupcakes creatively.
- Each participant takes home 10 ready-made cupcakes in a matching box.
- Drip cakes:
- Decorate an 18cm diameter blank with homemade creams.
- Using fruit decor and chocolate drips.
- The finished cake can be safely transported in a box.
- Final tips and tricks for the local bakery.
