Would you like to try something new then this evening is something for you? We are going to cast beautiful acrylic paintings today. The results of the acrylic pouring technique are simply spectacular.
What you’ll do in the class
I'll explain the pouring method and the 2 different casting techniques to you.
In this technique, acrylic paint is mixed with a pouring medium to increase the flowability of the paint for this casting technique. This involves pouring several layers of paint onto a canvas in different ways, resulting in spectacular reactions.
In this workshop, which lasts approximately 2 hours, I will show two different casting techniques using this technique. In particular, you will learn how to prepare and build a pour step by step. Each will cast 3 acrylic board canvases. The format of each acrylic board is 25 x 25 cm.
