About this class
Are you longing for a break from everyday life — from rotating, functioning and constantly thinking?
Waldbaden invites you to find space in the middle of nature to take a deep breath, arrive and feel.
Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, a mindfully guided nature experience opens up in which you can find your way back into your body step by step.
With gentle impulses and conscious moments of peace, you will experience how the atmosphere of the forest calms your nervous system, gives you new vitality and strengthens your inner balance.
It is not about performance or movement, but about seeing nature with all your senses, letting thoughts become quieter and getting back to yourself again.

What to bring to the class
Weather-appropriate clothing, sturdy shoes and something to drink when out and about. You will be notified of the exact meeting point in the selected forest area in NE Berlin/Brandenburg in good time before the appointment.
What is included in the class?
Mindful support, gentle exercises and impulses for forest bathing as well as a consciously slowing down experience of nature in a small group.
Materials and small natural impulses are included.
After your booking, you will also receive all important information about the meeting point and a small packing list to prepare.
