What can you expect during the mindful wine hike with a focus on “development, resources” in Berlin?
“Mindful wine migration” — is wine consumption particularly mindful there? Not entirely. It is much more about a symbiosis of movement, nature, lifestyle, meditative moments and, of course, enjoyment and knowledge about (regional) wine from 17morgen.
During this hike, we invite you to stop and take a break. You'll learn more about the principles of mindfulness and how they can be integrated into your everyday life.
Depending on the season and nature cycle, our focus is on the aspect of development and resource strengthening: Self-renewal and self-determination can be experienced and lived differently when hiking through the region. Impulses and suggestions for self-reflection included.
Start: Sunday, 20.07.25 at 14:00 at Haus am Bauernsee, Nettgendorfer Straße 14, 14947 Nuthe-Urstromtal OT Dobbrikow.
Performance: The hike is accompanied by Marius Hänke-Busch from Perfomentum. We are delighted about this cooperation and are excited!
What you’ll do in the class
Route: We hike between 8 and 12 km in a relaxed manner — depending on the weather and the number of participants.
Duration: approx. 3-4 hours with a long break in the wine field (wine + food).
Dinner: Back in the barn/garden, there is more wine and a cozy dinner. We would also be happy to have a small barrel sample of the latest wine that has not yet been bottled in our press.
End of the event: around 19:00. Overnight stays at Haus am Bauernsee with us Sunday to Monday are possible.
Wines: 4-8 wines from 17morgen. Including Lola, Mitja 2023 and PetNat Kuno M 2023 and much more when the mood is right.
