Please bring long-sleeved work clothes as paint cannot be removed from clothing. Aprons are provided.

What you’ll do in the class
The participants create a picture in the style of the Japanese “kintsugi” method, learning the “Maki-e” scattering technique to accentuate the broken points with gold. At the same time, they deepen their understanding of Wabi-Sabi aesthetics, which honors beauty in imperfection.
