We at Schwazeria by Tiroler Pasta Manufaktur not only make “noodles”, but also create culinary delights. Because not all pasta is the same! It takes a perfect combination of first-class ingredients, a wealth of ideas, a wide range of expertise, the right equipment and a great deal of passion and dedication to produce high-quality pasta!
Over 150 different pasta recipes
There are new fillings every week, depending on the season and the availability of fresh, regional ingredients that we get. From vegetable fillings to cheese to meat and fish, we have developed and refined over 150 different fillings for ravioli and tortellini over the past few years. Of course, we are always open to new ideas;)
Looking for more surprises
What is very important to us is knowing where the ingredients we use come from! Who grew it? How was it made? What is the grower's philosophy? What is his attitude towards sustainability and environmental protection? Does that suit us?
Only when we are really convinced do the ingredients go into our pasta.
