I am Laura — creative free spirit, courageous life artist, passionate yogini and ArtNight artist from Cologne. In my yoga and painting workshops — whether privately or in a group — I combine mindfulness with creative expression and create a space in which you can relax, calm down and create your own work of art without worries. The “Yoga & Painting” workshop brings body and inspiration together: After a yoga session, action painting starts without any previous knowledge — including materials, atmosphere and individual support, at home or at your favorite place in Cologne. I will accompany you sensitively, support you where you need it — and make sure that you take home not just a picture but an experience. Together we paint life in a colorful and authentic way!
